CloverPit is a delightful adventure game about collecting creatures. You will traverse a colorful world full of delightful little creatures called Clovers. Your mission is to develop a friendship with the Clovers and build a team to restore balance to a lost land. To do this you will traverse the environment, solve simple puzzles, and engage in some light combat. The game is a charming adventure that will capture the memories of players who enjoy cultivating relationships with their companion characters and discovering all the secrets of a lovingly constructed world.
What is CloverPit?
At its core CloverPit is a game about the discovery and care of magical creatures. You will be exploring a colorful set of environments ranging from a lush meadow to a mossy cavern! Your primary objective is to find the hidden Clovers and each had its own personality and abilities. You will be able to befriend these Clovers, train them, and solve some of the puzzles of the environment together. The game is a peaceful adventure about friendship, discovery, and the love of nurturing your own personal collection of fantastic friends.
Gameplay:
The main gameplay loop is an exploration journey to find hidden Clovers in the world. You will either be solving light environmental puzzles to access them, or gently coax one out from their recent hiding place. Once you reveal a Clover, you have the opportunity to befriend the creature and add them to your team. Every Clover has its own unique capabilities that will help you access new areas. You have the option to interact with your clovers, play short mini-games, and watch your clovers grow stronger as you support and train them.
The combat will not be (+) a difficult battle experience. Instead, you will join in non-violent encounters with other collectors that are friendly challenges that also test your strategy and the bond between you and your clovers. You are free to explore the world as you like. Once you do, you will frequently encounter various tasks and treasure collecting opportunities. You’ll also find plenty of resources, opportunities to craft items, and classic ‘fetch’ quests, just to name a few. This is an adventure, and your adventure experience focuses on a fun and rewarding nature of exploration that is fitted within the boundaries of your ever-growing collection.
